Stranger Space provides premium VIP subscription tiers that unlock advanced matchmaking filters, regional matching options, custom profile cards, and interest-based routing.
Except as explicitly stated in this policy or required under applicable local laws, **all purchases of Premium VIP subscriptions, virtual credits, and packages are final and non-refundable.**
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium VIP subscription at any time. When you cancel:
Your premium features will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Your subscription will not renew automatically for the next cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the unused days of the current cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility & Technical Issues
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
Billing Errors: You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
Failure of Activation: You purchased Premium VIP, but the system failed to apply the attributes to your account within 24 hours of payment, and our support team was unable to manually activate it.
Unintentional Renews: Auto-renewal refund requests submitted within **48 hours** of the charge will be considered if the user has not utilized any VIP matchmaking parameters or features during the renewed period.
